Technica Heat Treatment
Our specialty. Professional heaters and fans raise the whole space to 50 to 60 degrees C. Heat reaches into mattresses, furniture, wall voids and cracks, killing eggs, nymphs and adults in one visit. It leaves no chemical residue. You return the next day.

Do I need to be home for every visit?
Most plan visits are exterior and do not need you home. If we need to come inside, we book a time that suits you.
Can I start a plan in the middle of the season?
Yes. We start with a full inspection and treatment, then move onto the regular schedule.
What happens if pests come back between visits?
Call us. Every plan includes free callback visits if pests return between scheduled visits, and we adjust the plan if needed. On the Platinum plan, callbacks have priority: your request is scheduled ahead of other callback requests.
What happens when I book online?
You send us a booking request. It is not a confirmed appointment yet. Our team calls you to confirm the day and time of your initial visit. You do not pay anything on the website.
What is the initial visit?
Every plan starts with an initial visit from a licensed technician, who inspects inside and out and confirms the schedule. For heat treatment, this visit is the inspection and assessment, and its fee is shown on the card.
Why is the heat treatment price not shown?
The treatment price depends on the size of your property. The fee on the Heat Treatment card covers the inspection and assessment visit only. After that visit, our team goes through the treatment price with you.
Not sure which plan fits?
The Core plan is insect and mosquito control for home and yard, spring to fall, with six visits, billed annually. The Flex plan is insect and exterior rodent control all year, with four visits, one each season, billed quarterly.
