Results You Can Count On, Service You’ll Recommend
Bed bugs spread quickly, disrupt sleep, and can cause major stress. At Technica Pest Solutions, we use proven methods to eliminate infestations completely—targeting adults, nymphs, and eggs for lasting results.
We offer three effective solutions tailored to different needs:
Our most powerful option, heat treatment kills all bed bugs and eggs in a single service. Industrial heaters raise your home to 120–140°F for 24 hours while sensors ensure lethal temperatures throughout. Minimal prep is required, but clients must vacate during treatment.
Best for: Severe infestations or clients wanting fast, chemical-free results.
A practical option that uses Health Canada–approved sprays with residual protection. Treatments require 2–3 visits over about 6 weeks. Extensive prep is needed—washing, bagging, and vacuuming. Clients must vacate 4–6 hours after each visit.
Best for: Mild to moderate infestations where budget and gradual control are priorities.
Rent our professional heaters, fans, and sensors to perform your own heat treatment. You’ll receive detailed instructions and support. Treatment runs 1–2 days and requires moderate prep.
Best for: Smaller spaces or clients comfortable with a DIY approach.
Small, itchy bites on arms or legs
Rust-colored stains on sheets
Dark specks (fecal droppings) on mattresses or furniture
Shed skins or tiny white eggs in crevices
Inspect bedding and luggage regularly
Use protective mattress and box spring covers
Wash and dry clothing immediately after travel
Reduce clutter to limit hiding spots

We tailor our approach based on the infestation and the environment. Our technicians may use heat treatments, steam, space treatments, or targeted chemical applications depending on what’s most effective for your situation. In some cases, we can also inject products into wall voids or perform flushing to reach hidden bed bugs. We’ll assess your home, explain the best treatment option, and guide you through preparation and follow-up steps to ensure successful results.
Yes. All of our treatments are designed with safety in mind. We use products that are approved by Health Canada and apply them in targeted areas where pests live and travel, not where your family spends time. When needed, we may recommend keeping pets and children out of treated areas until products have dried—usually just a short time. Our goal is to eliminate pests effectively while keeping your home safe for your loved ones.
Preparation requirements depend on the type of treatment being performed. If preparation is needed, we will provide you with a detailed prep sheet and walk you through the steps to ensure everything is clear before the service.
It’s normal to see some activity for a short period after treatment, as pests come into contact with the products and move out of their hiding places. This typically decreases within a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on the pest type. If you continue to notice significant activity after the expected timeframe, we’ll work with you to reassess and, if needed, provide follow-up service under your warranty.
