Results You Can Count On, Service You’ll Recommend
Close the garage door at dusk. Wipe the counters clean. Put dog food away after supper. Stuff steel wool in every hole you see. That stops ninety percent until the truck rolls up.
Yes. Every house is different, and every mouse problem is different. Some people just have a couple sneaking in from the garage. Others have fifty living in the attic insulation like it’s a mouse Airbnb. We don’t do the same cookie-cutter spray-and-pray job on everybody. When we show up, we crawl through your crawlspace, poke around the attic, check the weep holes, and figure out exactly what you’re dealing with. Need child- and dog-safe options because the kids leave cereal bowls everywhere? Done. Want us to focus on the kitchen and laundry room and skip the rest of the house? No problem. Got an attached garage that’s basically a mouse highway from the alley? We’ll set up a perimeter that stops them before they even smell your dog food. Tell us what’s bugging you most and we’ll build the plan around it—because one-size-fits-all only works for mittens, not mice control.

I called about a bed bug infestation and DJ showed up—almost immediately—to take care of it, he was efficient and expertly solved my problem!
We tailor our approach based on the infestation and the environment. Our technicians may use heat treatments, steam, space treatments, or targeted chemical applications depending on what’s most effective for your situation. In some cases, we can also inject products into wall voids or perform flushing to reach hidden bed bugs. We’ll assess your home, explain the best treatment option, and guide you through preparation and follow-up steps to ensure successful results.
Yes. All of our treatments are designed with safety in mind. We use products that are approved by Health Canada and apply them in targeted areas where pests live and travel, not where your family spends time. When needed, we may recommend keeping pets and children out of treated areas until products have dried—usually just a short time. Our goal is to eliminate pests effectively while keeping your home safe for your loved ones.
Preparation requirements depend on the type of treatment being performed. If preparation is needed, we will provide you with a detailed prep sheet and walk you through the steps to ensure everything is clear before the service.
It’s normal to see some activity for a short period after treatment, as pests come into contact with the products and move out of their hiding places. This typically decreases within a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on the pest type. If you continue to notice significant activity after the expected timeframe, we’ll work with you to reassess and, if needed, provide follow-up service under your warranty.
We take care of mice and rats the exact same day. Same traps same sealing just bigger bait for the rats.
A rat and mouse both love peanut butter but rats need heavier snap traps so the bar actually hits hard enough.
Everything we do is safe for children and pet. We hide bait stations and snap traps where only rodents go.
Glue traps catch fast but we only use them when the customer asks. Most people pick snap traps or live trapping instead.
We stuff every hole with steel wool and foam seal doors with brush strips and teach you the easy tricks to proof your home for good.
